Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

- European Union — 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Lady Charmed is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at ladycharmedofficial@proton.me within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
